Join us for a talk from Middlebury Muslim Chaplin and Interfaith Advisor, Zahra Moeini Meybodi. Her talk entitled “Mosques of Mud, Bazaars, and Mirrors: Thresholds of Muslimness,” is based on primary research she has undertaken on travels to three different sacred sites in Iran in 2023. An article version of this talk was recently published in The Sacred and Divine Arts. This talk will include information about art history, identity, and religion, and immigration.
