Can museums become 21st century public squares? How do arts organizations allow the public to experience and understand the multiple histories that inform contemporary life? These questions undergird the research of Ric Kasini Kadour, 2020-2021 Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts Curatorial Fellow. He will speak about how artists can use historic sites, collections, and archives to make work that contributes to civic discourse and heal social divisions.

This talk is presented with additional support from Dinse.
