Vermont Culinary Vacation Registration

All cooking school reservations must be received by April 15, prepaid in full, and are subject to availability at the time of booking.  Registrations are processed through our secure web server. You may pay online by credit card (Master Card or Visa) or by Check mailed to us.  To register select registration type (additional taxes and gratuities will be billed later):
  • One student, single occupancy $1.495  
  • Two students, double occupancy $2,695 
  • One student and one guest, double occupancy. Guest will enjoy the daily breakfasts, dinners May 8 and May 11, and the option of joining the class on tours. $1,895

$400 of your tuition may be a tax deductible contribution to The Henry Sheldon Museum of Vermont History. Please consult your tax advisor.

  • Three nights lodging at the Swift House Inn
  • Monday – Wednesday, four hours daily of hands-on cooking instruction with Chef Bonnie Moore

What Is Not Included:
  • Transportation to and from Middlebury.
  • Meals not specified in the program.
  • Extras such as soft drinks or mineral water, a-la-carte orders, room service, valet/laundry charges, or alcoholic beverages not included in program.

  • Trip cancellation insurance.
  • Other  items not specifically mentioned on this website.
Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel more than 30 days from the event, your full payment minus a $50 administrative fee will be returned. If you  cancel within 30 days of the event we can guarantee return of your payment, less the $50 administrative fee, only if we can fill your reserved space.  No refunds will be made for any part of this program in which you choose not to participate.  In the event that this program is canceled, a full refund will be made.
